Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Lead by example, providing support to campers, staff, and the broader camp team for a collaborative work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and food handling standards.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure timely meal preparation, meeting quality standards and portion sizes.
- Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.

Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Certificate: Emergency First Aid, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Mental Health First Aid, Food handler Certificate
- Y Winnipeg Staff required trainings: Workplace Safety & Health, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Training (AODA), Respectful Workplace, Child Protection
- Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
Note – for successful candidates who do not have all of the above required trainings, the Y Winnipeg is willing to provide.
