Duties:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Perform general site clean-up to ensure a safe working environment
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Participate in the assembly or construction of various projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with supervisors and coworkers
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
