Duties:
Luther Village Camp is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Staff member to help keep our camp running smoothly throughout the season. This is a hands-on, outdoor position in a beautiful lakeside setting on the shores of Dogtooth Lake, located approximately 25 minutes past Kenora.

Our property is busy, active, and community-focused during the spring- fall months. Lead Maintenance works directly with Property Manager to support daily camp operations through a variety of tasks, including:
- Minor repairs and general maintenance
- Lawn mowing and string trimming
- Garbage removal, cleaning camp grounds and facilities
- Painting projects
- Dock work and waterfront maintenance
This position is ideal for an energetic individual who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and living on site in a scenic northwestern Ontario environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s Licence (required)
- 18+ preferred
- Standard First Aid certification (current or willing to obtain)
- Criminal record check (current or willing to obtain)
