Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Lead a team and supervise in on-site procedures such as, site analysis, documentation of plans, brooming and pressuring washing exterior structures, site preparation, and site clean-up.
  • Beginning of day duties
    • Fill battery bags (three) each with 2 batteries per person on scheduled teams
    • Fill product bags with product and ice packs (3-4 bottles depending on work orders)
    • Fill water bags with ice packs and bottled water (6-8 bottles of water per team)
    • Confirm all work orders are uploaded to tablets.
  • End of Day office input of day ends for all trucks and boat including hours for each employee, gallons used for each onsite job, times and temps for each job.
  • End of Day Shop
    • Take all tablets to office and put on charging stations.
    • Confirm all daily tablet information entered is down/uploaded onto jobber.
    • make sure all batteries are correctly installed on chargers.
    • Confirm all product bags from each vehicle are back in shop and put away.
    • Any equipment brought back not working has tag displaying problems that have occurred and are put in “Equipment for repair” area.
    • Walk around trucks to confirm all equipment and exterior/interior of trucks are in good order.
  • Attend weekly meetings and bring ideas and feedback on “lessons learned” approaches to new and amended procedures and policies.
  • Assist in equipment maintenance and inspection of pressure washers, tanks, nozzles, wands, and hoses with emphasis on effective equipment management.
  • Ensure all safety signage and cautionary materials are placed on site before site work begins.
  • Assist in documenting and executing site plans of action including hazards, safety procedures and safe use policies.
  • Document on-site project completion forms and manage client paperwork.
  • Use PPE where required.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
  • University students in a full-time program are an asset.
  • Innovative mindset bringing project management ideas to team meetings.
  • Any knowledge or past experience in the pest control industry is truly an asset but is not a requirement
  • Dependability is extremely important
  • Physically able to climb ladders, use pressure washers, and carry loads up to 35 lbs.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and clean driving record (abstract will be requested after initial interview)
