Hours of Work: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Duties:
- Assist drillers and welders with setting up and operating equipment
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment
- Ensure the safety of the worksite by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
- Help with the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Assist with site preparations and material handling
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the drilling and welding team
Qualifications:
- Valid G driver’s license
- Boater’s license is an asset
- Own transportation needed to get to AYA yard – company vehicle provided to get to jobsite
- Must be able to handle up to 45 kg (100lbs)
- Must have steel-toed boots
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads and pay attention to detail
- Dependable, reliable, hard worker and team player
- Previous experience in construction, labour, or related fields is an asset, but not required
