Seasonal Administrative Assistant

Duties:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the right person or office
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls – take detailed messages when necessary
  • Handle mail and other correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies
  • handle bank deposits
  • Provide information about the company and its products or services to visitors
  • Reconcile daily cash (handle cash and balance the till)
  • Post daily receipts, payables, and receivables

Other duties may include:

  • Faxing and scanning documents
  • Filing documents
  • Providing assistance and advice to customers
  • Assisting other departments with administrative support

 

Qualifications:

You are qualified for this position if you have:

  • A positive attitude and are friendly & professional
  • Organizational skills that allow you to maintain a clean, organized work station
  • The ability to multitask
  • Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office

 

How to Apply:
