Duties:
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hotel experience an asset
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Training is provided
