Customer Service Representative

Duties:

  • Assist customers in the store front, including carrying out 5-gallon water bottles
  • Quick problem-solving skills to help customers with unique needs
  • Educating customers on our line of products and services
  • Operating the front cash, basic cash handling routine (cash in/out)
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, strong attention to detail
  • The ability to be a team player and a friendly personality
  • Complete instore and other duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid class G licenses
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle or a reliable way to and from work
  • Clear driver’s abstract & criminal record check is required
  • Able to consistently lift/carry 44lbs
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to deliver superior customer service
  • Able to communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers both verbally and in written form
