- Assist customers with wireless products, accessories, and technology solutions.
- Help customers choose products and services that best fit their needs.
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
- Learn about new technology and continue developing your skills.
- Trouble shooting for customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and learning new technology.
- Knowledge of devices an asset.
- Retail or sales experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.
