Aya Builders is looking for skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team in West Hawk Lake, MB. We specialize in high-quality construction projects. Including new builds, renovations, waterfront development, and dock base pipe drilling. This role is ideal for individuals with carpentry experience who are detail-oriented and passionate about their craft.

Duties:
- Perform framing, finishing, and other carpentry tasks
- Assist with new builds, renovations, and waterfront development projects
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with own transportation needed to get to AYA yard – company vehicle provided to get to jobsite
- Boater’s license is an asset
- Dependable, reliable, hard worker and team player
- Previous experience in construction, labour, or related fields is an asset, but not required
