Duties:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site clean-up to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
- Participate in the assembly or construction of various structures or projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.
Qualifications:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with supervisors and coworkers.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the day.
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is an advantage but not required.
- Driver’s license is preferred.
