Wage: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour – based on experience

Titan Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to lead crews on municipal and industrial civil projects throughout Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in safe, high-quality work and can effectively coordinate people, equipment, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate crews of 1–12 operators, labourers, truck drivers, and subcontractors.
  • Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to meet project schedules and specifications.
  • Read and interpret civil drawings, grades, and contract documents.
  • Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality control on site.
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and field level hazard assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
  • Communicate project updates, scope changes, and issues to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and subcontractor activities.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports including timecards, quantities, and site documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact between site crews, owners, and consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Proven experience in sewer & water, road building, earthworks, or municipal infrastructure.
  • Ability to read civil plans, grades, and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Operating experience is considered an asset.
  • Valid Ontario G License (DZ/AZ considered an asset).
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
