Duties:
- Supervise and lead construction crew on site
- Perform hands-on carpentry and general construction work
- Manage daily workflow and job site operations
- Ensure job site safety and compliance
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Communicate with project management
- Train and mentor crew members
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or Site Supervisor experience preferred
- Strong carpentry and general construction skills
- Ability to read blueprints and layout work
- Knowledge of residential construction practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle an asset
