Duties:
We are seeking motivated Prep & Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. You’ll help execute menu items with consistency, speed, and care while keeping a clean, organized workspace. Experience is beneficial — but your attitude, teamwork, and drive to learn are what matter most.
- Prepare ingredients and assist with line execution during service
- Maintain quality, portion, and presentation standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Collaborate closely with kitchen team and leadership
- Contribute to a positive, team-first kitchen culture
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience is an asset but not required
- Chef available to sign off hours for Red Seal requirements
