Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Greet all customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly, or escalate to management when necessary.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) and cash register accurately to process various transactions. (Cash, Debit or Credit)
- Verify identification for age restricted purchases such as alcohol and tobacco products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire premises including Store, Forecourt, restroom and parking area.
- Restock coolers and shelves with merchandise and supplies ensuring products are fresh and well presented
- Adhere to all Safety, Security and environmental regulations and protocols at all times.
