Duties:
Spend your summer on the waterfront staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a supportive team environment.
At Houseboat Adventures, you’ll help keep our docks, boats, and daily waterfront operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and working outdoors. Daytime shifts only — no evenings required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assisting with docking and securing boats
- Cleaning and maintaining fishing boats and houseboat decks
- Refilling water tanks and assisting with pump-outs
- General dock and waterfront maintenance tasks
- Supporting daily dock operations
WORK SCHEDULE
- Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
- Approximately 24 hours per week, with strong potential for more
- Seasonal contract (May through end of August)
- We can work with some student schedules through June, including after school and Saturdays
Qualifications:
- Enjoys being outdoors and staying active
- Likes hands-on work and variety
- Works well independently and with a team
- Dependable and organized
- Positive attitude
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card required for boat operation tasks
- Comfortable working around water and docks
Wages:
Students Starting wage: $18.00/hour (includes 4% vacation pay)
- Paid training provided
- Wage increases and bonuses based on performance and reliability
- Opportunity for additional hours during peak periods
