Duties:
- Perform efficient cleaning of interior and exterior window panes, sills, and screens in various commercial and residential buildings
- Perform efficient cleaning of eavestroughs and ensure the clean flow of water to downspouts.
- Perform general property maintenance. (Ex, cutting grass, trimming, general labour)
- Follow safe work procedures when working on, with, and around ladders (training provided).
- Application of training knowledge on safe usage of ladders and equipment to clean windows and eavestroughs (training provided).
- Safely work at heights up to 36′.
- Respectful treatment of customers and properties.
- Use of safety and personal protective equipment.
- Ability and willingness to work 8-12 hour shifts, Monday – Friday.
- Marketing opportunities available for commission pay.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience (preferred but not mandatory):
- Experience working on, with, and around ladders.
- Pesticide applicators license is an asset.
Mandatory:
- Must pass criminal record check.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work respectfully with other crew members.
- Must be physically fit to lift and carry up to 50lbs safely.
