Titan Contractors is seeking reliable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in operating loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators while maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment. Operators must be adaptable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working on dynamic job sites.
Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators
- Perform daily circle checks and identify/report equipment defects
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Stay aware of job-site hazards including blind spots, traffic flow, utilities, and tight working spaces
- Load and unload equipment safely, following established protocols
- Communicate unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries promptly to supervisors
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with residents or the public
- Adapt to changing project needs and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Complete all required health and safety training
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Understanding of equipment safety, inspections, and maintenance practices
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong safety awareness and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
