Duties:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
- Remove trash and handle laundry duties as required
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests
- Follow all health, safety, and hotel procedures
- Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies inventory
- Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning targets
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 25–50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
