Position Overview:

Corridor Construction is seeking (4) motivated and reliable Construction Labourers to support our on-site operations. Labourers will assist with a variety of tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as required
  • Support equipment operators and skilled tradespeople on-site
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and site-specific requirements
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist with grading, digging, and other physical labour tasks as needed
  • Report any hazards, safety concerns, or equipment issues to the Supervisor
  • Track hours worked and submit timesheets accurately and on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction or labour experience is considered an asset but not required
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and team members
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
  • Valid driver’s licence is considered an asset
