Lead Carpenter

 Employer Name: BWF Construction

Location/Address: Kenora, ON

Application Deadline: Open Until Filled

Hours of Work: Full-Time

Wage: Wage to be determined based on experience and ability to run jobs independently

Duties:

Tired of working for companies where leadership, organization, and pride in the work are missing?

At BWF Construction, we believe people do their best work when they’re part of a strong team that values quality, accountability, and respect. If you’ve been stuck in environments with unclear direction, weak leadership, and little opportunity to grow, you know how frustrating it can be to show up every day feeling unheard and underappreciated.

Maybe you’ve already become the person others rely on—the one who steps up, solves problems, and helps keep things moving—even without the title or recognition. If that sounds like you, we want to talk. At BWF Construction, we’re looking for a Lead Carpenter who wants more than just a paycheque. We’re looking for someone who cares about quality work, takes initiative, and is ready to help lead projects with confidence and accountability. Experience matters, but mindset matters more.

We want someone dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with a company that values trust, accountability, and quality craftsmanship. At BWF Construction, culture isn’t just something we talk about—it’s how we operate every day. We believe in supporting our team, creating opportunities for growth, and building an environment where people feel respected and valued.
