The Waypoint at Lake of the Woods Marina is looking for a dependable, hard-working Line Cook to join our team. Spend your shifts at one of Kenora’s most beautiful waterfront locations, serving great food to locals, cottagers, and visitors enjoying Lake of the Woods.
Whether you’re an experienced cook, a culinary student, or someone looking to gain kitchen experience, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Work alongside the kitchen team during busy service
- Help with food prep and daily kitchen duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working with others
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Safe Food Handling certification is an asset – we’re happy to help you attain this
