We are seeking an experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to lead our team of nail technicians and support staff. This high-wage position is ideal for a motivated professional with leadership skills, industry experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule nail technicians and support staff (5-10 employees)
- Train new staff in nail services, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Resolve staff or client concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure the salon complies with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Perform nail services as needed to support operations
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a nail technician, esthetician, or in a supervisory role in a personal services environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full-time hours including weekends
