We are seeking an experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to lead our team of nail technicians and support staff. This high-wage position is ideal for a motivated professional with leadership skills, industry experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

 

Duties:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule nail technicians and support staff (5-10 employees)
  • Train new staff in nail services, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Resolve staff or client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure the salon complies with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Perform nail services as needed to support operations

 

Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a nail technician, esthetician, or in a supervisory role in a personal services environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Client-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work full-time hours including weekends
