Duties:
As an integral part of SCFHT, Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care. Your duties include working in a primary care setting to the full scope of practice as outlined by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Qualifications:
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN-EC (Extended Class)
- 3-5 years’ experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary primary healthcare team
- Strong clinical, organizational, interpersonal, assessment, and prioritization skills
