Richard McKenzie Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our growing team. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in the Kenora area, offering flexibility while providing exceptional service to our Ontario clients.
Duties:
- Service an existing portfolio of Ontario personal insurance clients.
- Provide advice and quotations for home, auto, cottage, tenant, condo, and recreational vehicle insurance.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Follow up on new business opportunities and referrals.
- Review renewals and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional, timely communication.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and activities within our brokerage management system.
- Work independently while collaborating with the Manitoba-based team when needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting company service standards.
Qualifications:
- RIBO licensed
- Previous personal lines insurance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario personal insurance products.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently from a home office.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new brokerage systems.
- Experience with Applied Epic is considered an asset.
