Duties:

We’re looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and build a knowledgeable, high-performing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in retail management, passionate about cannabis, and committed to maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead daily store operations and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Manage, coach, and schedule staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cannabis regulations.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support employee development.
  • Act as the liaison between store staff, HR, and leadership.
  • Monitor product information (including THC updates) and maintain accurate records.
  • Address employee performance issues using company procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 19+ years old.
  • 1–3 years of retail experience (management experience preferred).
  • Valid CannSell Certification.
  • Police background check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (9:00 AM–11:00 PM, Monday–Sunday).
  • Cannabis product knowledge and community involvement are assets.
