Silverwolf Resort is seeking a skilled and versatile General Manager to lead all facets of our operations, from cabin rentals and property maintenance to food & beverage, guest services, and event coordination. Located on the shores of Granite Lake, our resort offers a relaxed, nature-forward experience, complete with cozy cabins, waterfront amenities, and our on-site restaurant and gift shop, Pickle Pete’s.

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven leader—someone with a broad skill set, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong operational oversight, and a proactive, team-first mindset.

Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Oversee day-to-day resort operations, including rental cabins, groundskeeping, facility maintenance, restaurant/gift shop, and guest services
  • Lead, support, and schedule a cross-functional team, promoting a collaborative and accountable work culture
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality across all guest touchpoints
  • Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate and grow events, group bookings, and seasonal promotions
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot facility issues, and oversee repair projects
  • Act as a liaison between ownership and daily operations, contributing ideas for improvement, guest engagement, and long-term planning
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
  • “Jack of all trades” mentality — able to pivot between leadership, planning, hands-on tasks, and guest interaction
  • Prior experience in hospitality management, property management, and/or resort/lodge operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a small team
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and eagerness to bring innovative solutions
  • Comfortable with a mix of administrative and physical tasks in a remote, nature-based setting
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with POS systems, Airbnb, and inventory tracking is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license required
