Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Handles transactions and operates the cash register/POS system as required
  • Ensures food is handled safely and stored properly
  • Ensures that customers receive exceptional service. Addresses customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Complete open and closing checklists
  • Assist with ordering and storing of inventory
  • Adheres to the Club’s policies and procedures as established by the Board.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations regarding food service and safety.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Must have a valid Safe Food Handling certification. If not, must be willing to obtain.
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years cooking or kitchen experience.
  • Cash handling experience including debit/credit/cash, operating POS systems, cash outs etc.,
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have evening and weekend availability.
