Our team of bartenders will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving beverages and bar snacks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of the Club. This position is a 8-month part time contract from September 2025 to May 2026 with the possibility of renewal. This position will be required to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Prepare and serve beverages and bar snacks to customers
- Handle transactions and operate the POS system
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service. Addresses customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform regular cleaning duties of the facility to ensure space is presentable to patrons.
- Complete open and closing checklists; complete individual cash outs; etc.,
- Adhere to the Club’s policies and procedures as established by the Board.
- Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service and safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Must have a valid SMART Serve certification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Cash handling experience including debit/credit/cash, operating POS systems, cash outs etc.,
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to connect with customers and respond to complaints.
- Must have evening and weekend availability
- Must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
