Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers in a friendly, welcoming, professional manner. Carry out cashier duties including accurate handling of cash, entering information into computer system, recording special orders, etc. Provide excellent animal, reptile, fish, and bird care including daily feeding, cleaning, handling. Assist with day-to-day tasks and activities of the store, following the direction of manager.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
Applicants should have a passion for animals and their care. Applicants should also be able to communicate clearly, handle cash, lift and carry items, follow direction, assist customers, work well as a team-member as well as work independently. Retail experience is an asset. Much on-the-job training will be provided.
