Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and skilled Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Corridor Construction. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects, supervising project teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive construction industry experience, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Wages: $73,600 - $89,900 yearly
Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of construction professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a high standard of performance.
- Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant industry codes.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and materials while meeting project goals.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners.
- Find contracts and works for the company equipment and employees
- Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders on project status, financials, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including those related to safety, quality control, and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Proven experience in managing and leading construction projects, preferably in the civic construction industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and provide a driver’s abstract
- Certified to operate heavy equipment machinery is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
