Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- This position requires a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual. You must have above average computer skills, enhanced communication abilities, excellent math and grammar skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment, working with time sensitive deadlines and the ability to work independently and with other team members.
- This position will entail supporting the real estate team with day-to-day office tasks, while also supporting the appraisal team in areas of property research, proof reading, report formatting, billing, sending reports, and filing. Other duties as assigned.
- This position will entail managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and preparing financial reports. Key responsibilities include recording financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, payroll, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- The right person will be flexible in order to get the job done with the ability to balance creativity and good analytical skills to stay focused on results – someone who enjoys problem solving, loves a challenge and is committed to continuous improvement. Attention to detail is critical in this role.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
A background in bookkeeping and office administration is considered an asset.
