Hours of Work: Management schedule rotation includes a variety of day, evening and late-night shifts including weekends and some holidays. For this reason, FULL availability is required and the position is NOT suitable for students
Job Type: Full-Time
Wages: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Responsibilities will include all aspects required to run a busy restaurant in both FOH and HOH capacities such as: staffing, inventory management, guest relations, culinary supervision, monitoring costs, organizing and directing daily operations, and more.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- The successful candidate will have supervisory/management experience, ideally in the food service or hospitality industry.
- We are looking for someone who is reliable, quick to learn, energetic (some long days), well organized (lots of multi-tasking), and an effective hands-on leader who is able to guide (and motivate!) the team to success in a busy and fast-paced environment (think on your feet!).
