Duties of this LEAP Job Posting: In this role you will:
- Process vital event registrations and service requests for vital event documents
- Convey clear information to clients and help to resolve issues
- Review documents to ensure they are complete and meet legal requirements
- Accurately enter information into an electronic database
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients/partners
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting: Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to gather and assess information provided from clients and take appropriate action
- Demonstrated attention to detail to review/check information on documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring it follows rules and policies
Communication and teamwork
- Demonstrated experience providing service to members of the public and working collaboratively with partners and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Computer skills
- Proficiency in MS office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft TEAMS)
- Ability to use imaging software (scanners) and general office equipment
Understanding of rules and confidentiality
- Apply laws, policies, and procedures when processing vital event registrations and fulfilling service requests
- Maintain confidentiality and security of personal and sensitive information
