Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and procedures
- Establish and enhance administrative and financial controls
- Developing and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicated,
- Report and communicate to the board of directors on relevant business affairs
- Represent Ozhushk Onegaming Corporation with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Setting strategic goals and ensuring the goals are measurable
- Develop marketing and business plans
- Develop monthly and annual budgets and reports for board approval
- Assure the integrity and confidentiality of all financial and employee data, current as well as archival
- Reporting future Business planning opportunities to the board
- Oversee and supervise the Devils Gap Marina and Bare Point Marina managers
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Knowledge and understanding of Anishinaabe language, customs and traditions
- Bachelor’s degree in business management and finance or a combination of education and experience
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
- Ability to delegate, take direction and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
